I'm not sure if this is easy to find, but hey, I'll give it a shot. =D
So, I'm addicted to pictures, but paint and a regular editing program that came with my camera arent' doing much for me. I was just wondering if anyone could find me a easy download program, that will make my pictures look amazing. I was focusing on photoshop, just because the one feature they have (making certain parts of photos black and white, others color) is mainly what I'm looking for.
If anyone could find me something like this, that dosen't require me to download anything else, I'll be so greatful! (link)

it's amazing, i promise.
it is semi-difficult to use, but if you are good with programs you shouldn't have much of a problem.
you do have to download it, but i promise its worth it.
it can edit pictures for parts to be black & white & others in color & so much more.
