I think that basically being a "teenager" classifies you as a young adult. So 13-17 would be your range because once your 18, you are technically an adult.

No, I disagree with the 18 as an adult. Still at the age of 18, humans still are not mature and 'stupid'. When you reach 21, you are probably an actual adult. Thanks though for the 13-17, I think you are right.
