Around a month or two ag, I called up a frend that i haven't talked to in 5 year. I'm not sure whether to keep talking to her or just to cut the tie. Can you help?

Well it depends,
if this person sounded interested in talking to you, keep talking to her.
But if she obviously didnt care, or show must interest, just cut the tie.
Simple as that.
Dont waste your time on someone who wont spend their time on you too.
