advice
For sometime Ive been getting mad over tiny things. Like, someone will say something a little insesnitive without thinking and I get upset for hours. Even when they apologise I can't just, like, let it go. Then I get angry over the slightest thing.
How can I control my temper and stop myself from getting blue over everything? Its started to cause BIG problems with my friends and family.
Maybe you have Bi-polar or something..talk to your parents about it, and see if you can get tested. About how to control your anger, just look at the bright side of things, and when you get really angry or upset, try doing what I do:
a)listen to music that describes what you're mad about
b)work out
c)take a jog around your neighborhood, or walk on a treadmill
d)lay down and think
e)call a friend and describe what you're upset about, ask them for thier opinion.
f)don't hold grudges. Forgive them, and try to forget.
(Rating: 3) Thank you, although I don't have symptoms of bi-polar. I'm not suicidal and don't experience the moments of extreme happiness or excitement that are typical with this condition.
