would it be wrong to date a guy a year younger than me. the thing is he lives in my neighborhood and me and his sister and others all hang out. would that be wrong.

Absolutely not. If he likes you and you like him whats the big deal its only a years difference, and age aint nothing but a number! Don't worry about it! GO FOR IT!
