i've got a broken leg and it has to stay in a cast for weeks. I mean, ages! Im stuck with not a lot to do so im just eating loads of rubbish and im worried im gonna get fat.
how can i exercise so that i dont put on loadsa weight without actually hurtin my leg real bad?
Interestingly enough i was in a cast for 3 months, during the winter and had to stay home from school the whole time, and i lost 30lbs. lol. just if you have crutches, then take it slow and get up everyday and walk as far as you dare to go before it hurts to much. and take care about what you eat, eat half of what you usually would.
