I have an Ab Roller, and it's nice. But if I use it for too long, my lower back starts to hurt. And I'm all about the comfort. I won't do sit ups or crunches because I hate the strained feeling you get in your back and neck.
I'd love to buy an Ab Lounge, but I'd first rather see if anyone has any exercises for working the lower abs.
Thanks.
Yes, I do an exercise where it works the lower Ab by laying on a flat surface with something to hold on with your arms straight behind you parallel above your head, you must hold on to this could be someones ankles and bring your legs up together to about a 75 degree angle and then back down about 3 inches from the ground do this in sets of 10 to start off with then tell me your results...Keosha15@aol.com
(Rating: 5) I heard that before and totally forgot about it. Thanks!
