ok so i only want to lose 5-6 lbs in a short period of time any one know how if so please tell!!! (link)

1st off let it be known that u are my hero (assuming u weigh more than 130) for wanting to only lose 5-6 pounds in (assumable) a realistic time period.
I would consult a dietician but i would say, replace one meal with cereal. So you would have breakfast, lunch and cereal for dinner, then next day just eat normal and the day after go to the breakfast, cereal for lunch and normal dinner. repeat this eating habit. Now work out for 30 hour everyday. 15 min walking, 5 min jumping rope, 5 min run.
Or you could cut off your arm that should account for 5lbs :p
