i REALLY REALLY like this boy. hes soo cute and nice. i talk to him online kind of alot but we never really talk in school. hes a year older so i dont have any classes with him. and when we pass each other in the halls we never say hi. he says that hes kinda shy when it comes to talking to girls and im the same way when it comes to guys. i want to invite him to the movies but i dont want him to think that im being too forward cause i dont know how he feels about me. and i dont want to invite more friends cause i want to it to be just me and him. but i want to start talking to him in school too. so what do i do?

You should say something like "You know what I just realized? We've NEVER talked at school before. Tomorrow, I'm gonna say hi to you & you should say hi back, lol". Since you guys often pass eachother in the halls you should get into the habit of saying hi to eachother. The both of you are shy and the internet is a good way of communication in that case. If you tell him online that you'll say hi to him ahead of time he'll be expecting it and you'll have no other choice but to do so, lol.

As for asking him to the movies, try and get into the habit of saying hi to him and maybe strike up a conversation with him during lunch or something. Then ask him if he wants to hang out. Hopefully I helped.
