Hello,
I am a 14 year old guy...
...I realized I liked my best friend for the 3rd time around Valentine's Day. So, I told her that I liked her, and she said, "No offense, but you need to get over me,". Well, since then, we've barely said a word to each other. My friends have been trying to get her to say something to me, so she did after I gave her a birthday card. I asked her to talk about what had been going on between us, and she said, and I quote,
"Not to be a beyotch, but I just don't feel like talking to you. I don't think we have the connection we used to have,"
After that, I was so upset. I didn't know what do to... I'm still upset, as she now has a boyfriend who is a complete jerk to me. What should I do???
It sounds to me that she only ever wanted to be your friend. But then again with her bf being a jerk maybe she does like you, that could be why he acts that way toward you. Or he could just be trying to tell you to leave her alone. My advice is to give her some time and when she says sorry ask her why she did it.

(Rating: 5) Thanks for your help, although this did happen a while ago.. lol.. but what you said is what happened (I waited for her to confront me, and we worked it out. She told me that she was just not up to talk; things were going wrong for her apparently) Now, we are friends again. She is still going out with the same guy, but I try to ignore him (he's rude to me, her, and practically everyone else). Anyway- thanks for your help (though the problem was solved way before-hand.. lol)
