does anyone know of a website that you can post your poems on and get feedback?

Feedback and ratings on your poems.
Each poem WILL be rated and commented on, at least seven times. (I think thats the number..)
You keep all the rights to your work.

CONS:
It costs money.
In order to post poetry, you have to rate poetry.
