I am a 14 female so I don't know if that is going to help. I have a little sister who is 8. Me and her usually get along great, we don't fight unless we mess around with each other. I love messing with her and she likes it too because that is the only time we have to be together and act stupid. I don't have much time now that school started, so we don't talk too much. I don't play with her as much. I am not allowed to get on the computer when my parents are home so I get on when they go somewhere. My sister never really minded this but lately she has been telling on me on a lot of things that I do wrong. Sometimes she even makes up lies up about what I do. My parents are really getting annoyed. They think I am changing in a bad way. I don't know what to do anymore. My sister is always telling me how she hates me and wants me to die. She doesn't even want to be in the same room as me or eat the same food as me. What is her problem? Can someone help me please.What do I do? (link)

Oh, girl, don't listen to your sister.
I hope I'm not the only one who picked up on this... she's jealous. She misses you and is pretending to be tough so that you won't know. She says she hates you, but she really loves you. She hates it that you don't spend as much time with her anymore.
Why don't you sit down with her and make a little "schedule." Spend about 15-30 minutes with her everyday, even if you're just reading books or something together. Then, on Friday evenings or Saturdays, have a fun girl's night or afternoon. Pop some popcorn and watch a movie or TV together. Do her nails, or give her a facial.
Once you start spending more time with her, she'll realize that you do love her. I think she's probalby forgotton that you love her and she thinks you're blocking her out of your life. Once you start spending some more time with her, she'll see that you love her, and I think she'll stop fibbing about you.
