Try to put complimentary colors together when you are layering, such as:
Pink-Lime Green
Purple-Yellow
Blue-Orange
Red-Green
White-Black
I get lots of compliments when i wear colors like that because they look so good together

It depends. If you really like the person then yes but if you are doing it for other reasons then no. Look at Ashton and Demi, they are 15 years apart and are married. If you like the person and you feel comforable then yes a freshman dating a junior is just fine. It isn't the age that counts it's the person!!!!!!!!!
