Well, you know about him; and he's Ashley's ex, he's okay looking- and he's asking "So please tell me do you like me" and I don't know what to say...

Jordan, if you like him, just tell him. If you don't have feelings for him then explain that to him. You don't have to try to make him feel better, because then once you go out and he finds out you don't like him, that will make him feel way worse. Be honest with him and tell him exactly how you feel.
