advice
Okay so i'm 16 years old in the middle of my junior year in high school. I really want to move in with my mom who lives across the country from my dad. My mom wants me to move in with her too so she hired a lawyer and had to pay 5000 dollars for all the stuff. Since she had to pay all this money she has really been strapped for cash and might have to move into a smaller house, and maybe even to a new town, forcing my little sister to change schools. If i tell her i dont want to move then she can get some of the money back probably about half. My mom really wants me to move in with her but this financial stuff is really getting bad. Should i tell her i should just stay so she can get half the money back? Or should i just move anyways? Making her have really bad financial security
any advice would be great
I wouldn't move in with her at the moment. I would wait awhile until she gets a hold of some more money.. maybe even help her earn some cash. Try taking up a job or just doing some things are the house and getting some extra cash. Because if you lived with her now, whenever you get there, you might be costing her some more money ( you need transportation so theres gas money, etc. ) so yeah just wait awhile until your mother gets some more money and then move in =]

(Rating: 5) Thanks for the advice, it has to be now or never though, cause she'll lose about half the money she already spent if wait then she'll have to pay the whole amount all over again, costing her even more in the long run. But thanks for the advice, take care
