My dog's throwing up blood, and I need to know, is there anything we can do??? & We can't go to the vet.

CALL THE VET. You can't just say, "Oh my dog is throwing up blood, but I'm too BUSY to get help for him," Call the vet and tell him/her what's going on with your dog.

Even though you made a stupid assumption, it's nothing about being too busy, she's my first dog, and she means the whole entire world to me. You don't know half the story, so don't be gay.
Just so you know, we are taking her to the vet, and the vet said we'll probably lose her in the long run because of this anyways. Bye
