i was wondering if anyone could help me make my advcienators site decorative or whatever. thanks a bunch! =]

Go to http://www.funky-chickens.com for some color codes and use the color codes to change link colors, etc. But my advice would be, don't have too many things on it (like graphics, glitter graphics, etc.) other wise its too much.
