Q: 13/f--->Hey guys, i have a weight problem, i weigh about 215 and well i never realized how fat i was until i really looked in the mirror. I started to run and im doing volleyball so we have to run for like 2 and a half hours straight and i'm going to start excersizing with my friend.I also don't drink any soda or eat junk food now. Do you guys have any ideas, i know youve seen so many of these, but im talking about motivation. Also any websites, ive heard of teentone

just think of how youll look in a couple months. dont think of it as losing weight,but gettin healthy. and dont go from 0 to 100...progress slowly because if you go from nothing to everything your bodys gonna go crazy and think it needs to save fat for you to live. so start off a lil slower than raise your excercising regiment. hope you get to your goal! leave a message in my inbox on how its goin..
