i'm 13.. and i'm a girl. this sounds really dumb but how do you make out? :(

Well making out basically just means its more then a small peck on the lips. Usually it's passionatiate and dramatic, and you just move your lips when you kiss him. Follow his lead when he kisses you, and just mirror what he is doing. Run your fingers through his hair, let him hold your face, etc.
