advice

I'm a 16/F... about 5'9 and 142 pounds. I'm trying to lose my flabby stomach. I work out almost every day and am really eating healthy. A few pounds have started to shed off but i'm noticing that my breats are getting smaller as well... which I don't want at all!! Is there a way to tone up my stomach without losing my boobs. This is a serious question... please give me some advice.

Well, the only way you can get rid of the flab on your stomach is good ol sit-ups and crunches. As you get skinnier, your chest might too. There's nothing that you can do about that because as you get bigger, so does you chest and vise versa. So if you really want to get rid of those few extra pounds you need to sacrifice other things.

Sit-ups and crunches>>
Here's a few ways of doing sit ups and crunches.

Bicycle Crunch is where your legs are in the air, parallell to the ground. It's kind of confusing so listen carefully. Take your right leg and pull it toward your leg ear as you sit-up toward it, after the right leg, switch to the left. You do these at a fairly fast pace so do them in large increments.
Here's another effective way of crunches- These burn! When you feel the burn, you know it's working!
Stick you feet up in the air all the way. Touch your ankles, or as far as you can, but go all the way up! Do about 20 of these. Now, put one foot down and do the same thing and then switch legs.
Last one is where you put your feet like in the bicyle one put your going to take one of your feet and pull it toward your face as you are sitting up. Have you done the hokey pokey dance? where you do the "That's what it's all about" thing at the end? well you kind of need to do that! Pull your leg toward you and sit up and clap on the other side of your leg, by the inside of your knee. It's not terribly complicated, but once you get it right it works wonders!
