I've always been told that I am a talented actor. Lately though, I have been restricted from acting by my parents. This is due to my average and not superior grades. I've been trying for nearly 7 months to get the great grades my parents require so that I can do the thing I love most. I just can't get focused enough, I come home and just forget to do my homework after my chores. I am smart, and know that I am capable of good grades, I just can't get my brains together. I would like to go to a study group, but my parents won't let me do that either. How can I get back in my honor roll tactics, and into theatre acting again? (link)
(not trying to be rude, but...) First of all, get off the internet. It's so easy to waste time. Same with TV. You say you "come home and just forget" to do your homework. So after your chores are done, write yourself a schedule every day.

Either a time schedule (for example, 4:30- math, 5:00- break, 5:10- English, etc.) or a to-do list (just a list of everything you have to do, cross off as you do each thing).

After you write your schedule (giving yourself time for short breaks!) be sure you stick to it!

Set mini-goals for yourself. I know your overall goal is to get back into theatre, but make smaller goals. For example, "When I finish this paper, I can watch my favorite Disney movie." or "If I can get a good grade on this quiz, then I'll treat myself to cookie-dough ice cream" A goals/rewards system might help you motivate yourself to take these little steps towards your overall goal.

Why won't your parents let you do a study group? Have they given you good reasons? I think it'd be worth a try- explain to them that you really are trying to improve your grades, and you think this would help.

Have you considered tutoring? Many schools have a tutoring center, where they match up volunteer tutors with students who need help. Or, if your school doesn't have this, see if there's someone in your classes who'd be willing to get together with you for a half-hour once a week to help you study the stuff you don't understand.

Thank you, I only get on the internet when I have a break during school. I don't have the internet at home. That schedule is a really good idea... Thanx
