Q: hey! okay, today i went tanning for the frist time. i went in a medium ed for 10 minutes, and used the special lotion they give you. i came home tonight, more than 6 hours later, and took a shower. just one certain spot on me is red, actually 2. it's normally where i get sunburn. could i have possibly gotten sunburn , or is it like an allergic reaction to the lotion? i don't think it's the lotion, since wouldn't i have gotten taht all over my body? just wondering if it is sunburn how can i prevent it next time and put anything on it to make it go away? thanks!

well since it`s your first time, you have to expect crazy reactions. my stomach and 2 places on my back turned PINK and itched like crazy. different bodies react different ways. i wouldn`t be too worried about it. there really isn`t a way to prevent it unless you put block on those certain spots. but you really just need to deal with the pain because your body will get used to it after a while and it will stop happening. *sigh* the pains of being beautiful.
