Hi, I'm going to a carnival dance and I'm not sure on what to wear. The weather is in the high forties to low fifties, but the place of the dance is EXTREMELY HOT.

Is this a good outfit:

White tank, black miniskirt, and pink tweed heels

OR .. ANY SUGGESTIONS? AND HAIR SUGGESTIONS? I'll rate high for appropriate answers.

That outfit sounds really cute! I think you should wear that! And for your hair, I would just leave it down. Or if it's long enough, do pretty curls. I'm really bad when it comes to doing hair. Sorry!
