My bf and I have been dating for about a month now and he recently told me that he thinks hes in love with me. I'm kind of turned off by that because its so soon. He keeps asking me how I feel and I told him I'm not sure, I'm not in love with him, what should I do. (link)

Don't say "I love you too" until you're ready. That's important. Tell him the truth- that you're not ready to say it back, and you'd like him to stop asking, that it's making you uncomfortable.
At the same time, he's given you his heart- so be careful with it- the human heart is a fragile thing. Reassure him that you do care about him, and are enjoying dating him.
