i cant stop cracking my nuckles and their already all swollen and stuff and i know theyll hurt alot when im older if i dont stop but i dont know how. does anyone know how to stop cracking nuckles? ill rate! please help!
nope, i crack mine all the time and i am not to worried about it. but mine arent huge either. anyways... if you fond something that works the let me know.

yea i have founmd something that works to stop cracking ur nuckles. put a rubberband on ur rite and snap it wen u want to crack them
