Hey i was just wandering if I-Pod and windows media player are compatible becasue i have a ton of songs saved on Micorsoft windows media player and i was wandering if i can dowload those songs onto my I-POD

Well, they don't have to be AAC's to work on the ipod.

Itunes is the only thing that is really compatible w/ the ipod. The ipod plays AAC's, and MP3's downloaded by itunes, windows media is only WMA's, which will not work on ipods.
Well, there is a plugin you can download to convert the WMA's to MP3's. Or you can download Itunes, and im pretty sure it will do it for you.
