Q: Ok, don't think I am crazy or anything, I just DO NOT like scary movies. I end up thinking about them long after I have watched them. Now, I know the best idea is not to watch them, but unfortunatly I don't always have that choice. Any good techniques besides the simple "Remember that it is fake?" Thanks

After you watch the movie, have your friends act them out for you- tell them to be as stupid and funny as possible. Then afterwards when you're thinking about the movie, your friends funny versions will be whats stayed in your head.
