okay i LOVE to cook. whenever i make this dish... it's chicken in a lemon sauce with garlic pasta.. my chicken never comes out tender. but when i make all of my other dishes, like chicken parm. chicken marsala, chicken stir fry and everything else, they always come out tender! how can i get my chicken to be tender?
this might happen cause your chicken might need to be cooked a bit before you do the pasta stuff and everythig i love too cook to and everything but you might want ot try cooking a bit before you do everything that might help
