im working on getting a better stomache i want a six pack.im 13 female. does anyone no any good site showing excercises for that which actually work. and wats better for it crunches or full sit ups? (link)
Crunches, definately. You may also want to try the bicycle kick. If you don't know what it is, follow these steps. 1) lay on your back 2) stick your legs in the air 3) use your elbows to raise your pelvis 4) make sure you support your pelvis with your stomach muscles 5) kick legs in a circular motion as if you were riding a bicycle. These can be hard to do, but you will feel the burn, and you will be on your way to a great six pack. Hope this has helped. Good luck. I'm rooting for ya.
