im 11 and i way 110 puonds. its really hard for me to keep up a normal body wait especially in the summer. all my friends are skinny and ive been really self concious lately. is there any way that i can loose10 or 15 pounds by september??

first of all, who cares what your friends think.
if youre gonna lose weight you'll have to do it
for yourself not anyone else. the quickess way is to eat fruits and vegetables. cut your snackage down a little. get some of those flavored rice cakes.(they aren't that bad). then
you have to exercise reguarlly. but don't over do it. start out at 5 reps of leg lifts 3x's a day, 10 reps of 10 situps 3x's a day. and then go up. also ride your bike and walk alot. but i can't stress enough on not to go overboard. it's better to have a little extra and be healthy and happy than to have a little less and be sick and unhappy. so if you need anything else just ask. hope i helped.
