My guy's away this summer and is supposed to call me every other day or something and it's been like ten days. Today's our 8-month mark. Just opinionwise - should I call him? I called him last time we spoke on the phone.
My mom suggested I make him wait - "let him miss you and call you." She put it this way: "If you don't call him and he doesn't call you, you'll be upset that he didn't call. If you DO call him, you'll still be upset that he didn't call."

So what do you guys think I should do? Thanks!

I think you should call him, it's your anniversary. Wouldn't you feel bad if your aniversary passed without talking to him? Don't play mind games with guys-oh I think I'll wait for him to call me-it won't work, and he might not call. If you call, what's the worst that can happen? Then next time, let him call first.
