hey thank you so much for your advice!! yes you're right, i am thinking of the worst possible case, it just kinda hit me hard b/c i didn't exactly hear this straight from him when he was telling me about the trip, he left that little detail out. yeah i don't know their relationship either, but yes we're all hanging out before he goes, hopefully by then things will clear up but now everyone's telling me i should ask him so i will!! :)
