hey i m 14 almost 15 around 5'2 and i weigg 129 pounds. how much weight shuld i loose?

You shouldn't exactly "loose weight" you should just get into more shape. Gaining muscle by excersizing, like running, pushups, or situps, will make you look like you weigh a lot less. But when you stand on a scale it will make you look like you weight more because muscle weighs more than fat.

What are some good sites to download comp. programs for free... I'm not talking illegaly like on limewire but there are sites out there that offer 30 day free trials to try it out but the only site i know of is downloads.com and its not working well for me!

When I shave my underarm I somtimes get these bumps and they hurt pretty bad! What are they? Use Venus for my razor and soap. Am I doing something wrong? Should I be doing something else?

You're not doing anything wrong becaus those bumps show up on everyone. You shouldn't be using soap though. Armpit skin is really delicate and you should use shaving creame. That will probably help less bumps (or none) appear.

so my best friend isn't talking to me anymore.
and shes been asking her three best friends to do really nice stuff like go to a nice far away mall n horseback riding but she hasn't asked me to do anything with her((its spring break))i feel really left out cause she never does stuff wiht me anymore. why is she doing this to me?

She's obviously not your friend, let alone best friend. A friend of any kind would never, ever do that to you. She's not worth wasting your time on. Just ignore it, and make new friends. The best way to make new friends is to become better friends with the people you're already friendly with. If she really cares about you then she'll notice that you have new friends and if she really wants to be your "friend" again then she'll make it happen herself.

okay you know how you get your period every 28 days?? do you start counting from the day you get it, er the day you end??

i gotten my period the first of march & it lasted till around the 5th er 6th. i didn't get it yet soo should i expect it around the same time??

You have to start counting the day you get it. But at first it doesn't matter if it's regular or irregular because it takes awhile for it to get into a normal schedule.

does anyone know of a free program where you can make some of the picture black and white and the other color? or a website that shows you how to do it?

Well I have Microsoft Digital Image and that changes them on the toolbar. It came with my computer. Brouse through the programs on yours and see if you can find any photo program because almost all of them change pictures to black and white. Or if you want me to change your picture(s) for you send them to me. I'll gladly change them to black and white for you.

do your parents HAVE to stay in the room with you when you get a check-up? it's EXTREMEMLY embarrasing when he docotor looks at me and i dont need it to be even MORE with my parents and sister in there. can anyone tell me anything to help me feel like humiliated??? i'm going today..

Just tell your parents and/or doctor that you don't want your parents and sister in the room in the room while you're having your check-up. They'll understand. They'll simply wait in the Waiting Room for you.

Go to paint. Open your picture. Go to image. Go to sketch/Skew. Then from there type in two dimensions... like 50 and 50. Your picture will shrink. Try uploading it again. If it doesnt upload, then do it again to make the image smallerr.

For my hair type, I wash my hair every two days. But, by the time the day comes my hair kind of smells. So I use a lot of shampoo to make it smell good longer. I straighten my hair everyday. How can I make my hair smell good for awhile? I use Suave shampoo and conditioner.

It's probably the straightening of your hair that's making it smell bad. Don't straighten it as much and take showers everyday. This should help the smell go away.

Aside from flowers poems letters notes what are good ways to win a girls heart. I mean really melt her heart. We broke up but I still love her. I dont want to lose her. Any ideas. I ran out of ideas. I think that you should just straigten your hair and let it down. You don't want to get overly dressed for this occasion because you'll look like the odd one out, and if you can make it really straight then that would look really good. Have fun.

I hate the way my body looks and I have for-pretty-much-ever. I've tried so many diets, and working out, but nothing has ever worked. the thing is, I'm really not fat. I'm just chubby. I'm 5'3 and weigh 140.

I've had an eating disorder before, and it wasn't really that bad. I was anorexic when I was younger, I finally got over it, and now I'm buimic. Now just trying to eat makes me throw up.

How bad is bulimia? And how do I get over it?

My friend had this. The thing is that you have to realize how bad bulimia is for you. There are sooo many disadvantages to it. Did you know that your teeth can turn permanently discolored and your breath will always smell? You definately need to go to the doctor. Once there he/she will direct you in the next step. You'll probably end up in the hospital, which isn't a bad thing. You'll recover on the good side. And bulimia is serious. You can't get over it yourself. You have to go to the doctor.

Okay, well my boyfriend broke up with me and it took me sometime to get over him. When I finally got over him, someone else asked me out. I thought I liked him at first .. he's funny and nice, but sensitive and shy. Then I found out that my ex wanted me back, I really want to go back out with him. But, I don't know how to break up with him. He really likes me, and he'll be like devastated when I break up with him. I don't know what to do ..

okay so i have a creative zen micro and it wont turn on.. like it would but the little knob to pull to the left to turn it on (if you know what im talking about ).. i would have to pull it really hard in order for it to turn on.. and since it hasnt been working for me, i have been taking the batteries out and then putting it back in so it will turn on.. does anyone know why its like that?

Okay my older sister has one of those she got it for Christmas. She did the exact same thing. It wouldn't turn on so she took out the battery and it still wouldn't turn on. This is what she did- she sent it back to Creative and they sent her a new one for free! If you've had it for less that a year then the Warrenty (definately not spelled right) says that if anything happens to it you can send back for a new one. The only thing is you have to put all your songs back on, but it's no big deal.

Asperger's syndrome is a mild case of Autism, which is well, child-born disabilities such as downsyndrome. My best friend's cousin has it and he's just like any other kid. He's really athletic and the star of his soccer team. But when he gets upset, he throws a fit. You can take pills or something from your doctor to help it.
