okay so i have a creative zen micro and it wont turn on.. like it would but the little knob to pull to the left to turn it on (if you know what im talking about ).. i would have to pull it really hard in order for it to turn on.. and since it hasnt been working for me, i have been taking the batteries out and then putting it back in so it will turn on.. does anyone know why its like that?
xo_tragicglamour answered Saturday March 25 2006, 6:35 pm: Okay my older sister has one of those she got it for Christmas. She did the exact same thing. It wouldn't turn on so she took out the battery and it still wouldn't turn on. This is what she did- she sent it back to Creative and they sent her a new one for free! If you've had it for less that a year then the Warrenty (definately not spelled right) says that if anything happens to it you can send back for a new one. The only thing is you have to put all your songs back on, but it's no big deal. [ xo_tragicglamour's advice column | Ask xo_tragicglamour A Question ]
stephii_x3z_yooh answered Saturday March 25 2006, 9:51 am: i have one too. Make sure it's not on the little lock thing when you try to turn it on. One time mine was being really weird, and not playing, like it was frozen or something. so i took the battery out, and when i would try to play certain songs, it would say "no licence to play this track" so i got kind of worried, but then i just connected it to the computer, and it made it better. Well, i know that has nothing to do with your problem, but if you connect it to the computer, then it'll turn on, or go to the website or something! hope i helped!
