i love to listen to music. almost any kind of music sits with me...but some types, i just can't stand. rock n' roll or heavy metal is basically my favorite.

I have a coworker that I am very interested in getting to know. I have heard from several people that he is interested in me too but the thing is we are both shy. We make eye contact and smile at eachother but that is as far as it goes. i think that you should just start talking to him before you tell him how you feel. get to know him, like what he likes to do. and if you find that he likes to do the same thing as you, ask him to do that thing (i.e. bowling).
then if you find that you actually like him after getting to know him, then you can tell him how you feel. and then see where it goes from there.

for breathing: brethe in your nose and out through your mouth.
make sure to move yor arms because that not only helps you breathe, but it also works your abs. just makes sure not to move them A LOT or else you will be really sore.

Well, there is this girl that I'm okay friends with, but now don't really like her that much anymore. My boyfriend is starting to hang out with her more and talk to her more. Sometimes talking to her more on AOL than me. While I was away for two weeks my boyfriend went on a choir trip to Six Flags. Ashley (the girl that I'm okay friends with) and my boyfriend hung out the whole time. IE. Rode rides together, walked together, got food and ate it together. That doesn't make you're girlfriend feel very good, but now she's in his info. It's an inside joke with her, but surprisingly it's about the same lenght as me in his info. just go up to him and say hi, and how are you... things of that nature. that usually starts a conversation. if it doesn't work the first time, keep talking to him just not too much. girls make the mistake of talking to the guys they like too much and it makes the guy get annoyed. so if you have the opportunity, talk to him and say hi. it works most of the time.

On the last day of school, I was particularly mad at my friend for ditching me at the mall to hang out with some other people, so I was telling my friends how mean and stupid she was when I realized my crush was behind me and he accidentally heard me ragging on my friend. He said, "I didn't hear what you said," and walked out after I gave him a look of complete shame because I was upset he heard me at a bad time. no...first of all you should go talk to your friend. tell her what was up and ask why she ditched you, then you can worry about what the guy thinks of you.
but i do think that you should go and talk to him. not necessarily for a 'good note,' but just to talk to him since you like him.

it is possible. or maybe you aren't eating as much as you used to, like eating more of certain foods than other. i lost a lot of weight from not eating certain things that i used to eat in bulk...
age may have a difference, but also as you get older, you tastes for certain foods either gets broader or is shrinks a little.
