i was wondering if there are any techniques to running. like any specific ways to move your body? or any way to control your breathing and stuff. thanks.

Make shoRe to dRink plenty plenty plenty of fluids, and peRhaps you can buy one of those head oR neck bands that you just put in the fReezeR oveRnight to keep you cool. Cell phones aRe always good to have too; just in case. And if you wanted, you can puRchase weight wRistbands; I know they help. Also, take it a little at a time if you'Re not used to Running. TRy once aRound the block foR the fiRst week, then make it two, then fouR and so on, ya know?? C.D playeRs aRe good too!!
