running! i was wondering if there are any techniques to running. like any specific ways to move your body? or any way to control your breathing and stuff. thanks.

for breathing: brethe in your nose and out through your mouth.
make sure to move yor arms because that not only helps you breathe, but it also works your abs. just makes sure not to move them A LOT or else you will be really sore.

i used to do cross country the most important thing is to breathe deeply it will help you with speed and long distance ]
TheRe Really isn't ceRtain techniques as to HOW to move youR body. It's impoRtant to PACE YOURSELF, and take slow bReaths. Make shoRe to dRink plenty plenty plenty of fluids, and peRhaps you can buy one of those head oR neck bands that you just put in the fReezeR oveRnight to keep you cool. Cell phones aRe always good to have too; just in case. And if you wanted, you can puRchase weight wRistbands; I know they help. Also, take it a little at a time if you'Re not used to Running. TRy once aRound the block foR the fiRst week, then make it two, then fouR and so on, ya know?? C.D playeRs aRe good too!!
