i'm just gettin into wrestling i'm just gettin into wrestling, can anyone give me some tips? i'm about 195lb, mostly muscle. i'm pretty fast and flexable, or relatively so. so anyone can give me some tips?

Seriously practice good concentration & make sure your eyesight is perfect (with or without contacts/glasses)
also, make sure you stay away from alcohol, drugs & basically anything else that can mess up mental capacity and judgement.

well yeah im a girl but i know i like wrestling!
well never leave yourself open. (and when you see you opponent open use that chance)
and try and keep you balance cause balance will help you alot so practice standing on one foot then the other for a while!
