Hey. For the past month I have started exercizing regularly for about 60 minutes 3 or 4 times a week. Aerobic for 20-30 and strength for 30. I want to lose weight, but nothing yet. I eat the same, if not less that I did before exercising.
Im just wondering how I can lose weight if I am already somewhat light. I'm 5'8" and weight 128 pounds. I don't want to become anorexic or bulimic, but nothing else seems to be working...
You really don't need to lose weight! You are extremely healthy as is. I would suggest that instead of focusing on losing weight, focus on getting strong and building muscle. :)
My boyfriend moved out of this state and we still love each other but we are broken up.

ok well last summer i didnt wear any bikinis because im fat and this summer i really want to wear one i want to be preety and look good in the summer and not worry about what people think of me in a bathing suit. i do 250 crunches a day, run a mile, lift 6.6 pound weights on each arm. will i lose about 50 pounds by the summer if i do this everyday. also i have been eating healthier and slower. if you have any other workout ideas for my arms, legs, butt and stomach. mostly my butt because i dont know what to do for that. thanks ill rate 5's.
Running will help with your glutes (lol). If you are consistent and work hard you can lose about 1-2 pounds of FAT a week, I mean, you could lose 5 pounds in a day, but that's just losing water. So it'll take you 13 weeks or a little over 3 months to lose 50 pounds. So you could probably lose all that weight mid-May. :) hope I helped

Just wait it out and see what happens. If you aren't in pain or discomfort you shouldn't worry about anything.
How do I tell my mom I don't want her in the Gyno exam with me? Actually, I want her there, but I don't want her to know I have had sex. So I can't have her there. So how do I tell her I don't want her there without sounding suspicious or mean?
She won't be suspicious. While your having some other conversation, just bring the subject up and tell her that you'd feel uncomfortable with her in the room, but you'd like her to wait outside or something like that. She'll respect your privacy and won't be suspicious or think you're being mean. :)

One of my best friends is dating the guy that I like. And this is the 2nd time they're going out. The thing is I still like him and I can't stand being around them when they're together. And I'm good friends with both. One other thing is she tells me almost everything and she doesn't really like him that much. Is there anything I can do about this?
Communication is the key element to the solution. Communicate with your friend how you feel and be open. If she doesn't really like him maybe she'll stop going out with him once you've shared your concerns. :) good luck
So I know this guy likes me and I like him but he doesn't know I like him. Anyways, this one friend of mine who's friends with both of us is telling me to ask out the kid who likes me because he knows he's going to say yes. Anyways the problem is, I don't ask people out anymore because of really bad experiances with it, and apparently he wont ask me out because he's to shy and thinks I'll say no. Even when the middle friend tells him I will say yes he wont do it. Should I give it time or forget the whole thing?

You don't have to actually ask him out, but you should tell him that you like him. That way he'll no for sure that you'll say yes and will ask you out. :) good luck

I don't know where you could get it for free, but you can always get it on iTunes (I checked and they have it) for $0.99 which isn't that much and it's probably easier that way. :P
ok well one of my friends wants snakebites and the only way he can get them is if someone else pierces them and well the someone is me. and i was just wondering some tips on how to do them..we're going to use everything a professional would use but i would like some pointers.
P.S. and if u dont kno what snakebites are they are lip piercings on both sides

You may have a slow metabolism which means your body isn't very good at burning up "fuel". There are some pills/medicine things that help speed up your metabolism so possibly check that out/consult a doctor. :)
I have to make a speech on thrusday in front of my classroom. The problem is that I can't start preparing my speech until I choose a topic, and I'm having a hard time deciding this.
Does anyone have any interesting ideas for topics? It has to be something that has recently been in the magazine or newspaper articles.

ok, well my best friend (also my neighbor) she told me that yesterday her paretns got the flu and she couldn't play cause he parents did wanna get me sick incase she was sick. well about an hour ago she IMed saying she was going out to breakfast with her dad (i didnt get to talk to her i was away) and we don't really get to hang out that often and i'm not sure if i should play with her or not cause i really don't wanna get sick but i don't think shes sick and i've onl gotten like throw up sick 2 times in my life so i dobt i would get sick but i dunno. Please help me!!!

If she's going out to breakfast with her dad then chances are she's not sick and you're not going to get sick either, so go ahead and get together, you'll be fine.
Well, I really like this guy. Let's call him Shane. Well, he has a girlfriend who is a year older than us. And we flirt so much. Like you'd think we were like dating. It's so weird cause I really like him a lot. I was wondering, do you think he does this with all girls or do you think he really likes me?
He could really like you more, or he could like you both, like someone previously mentioned you need to see how he behaves around the other girl and compare. Also you need to communicate to him about your confusion, etc about who he really likes to be sure.
I have just got over hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia which is the phobia of the number 666, but now i have just been diagnosed with Ouranophobia which is the fear of heaven. Do you think this is linked? I dont like talking to my phychiatrist. They know to much and that scares me too. Please, i need a normal opinion instead of a long dialog full of words i dont understand. (I dont like asking what words mean)
It's most definitely linked. I think you just have a fear of dying, and where you will go when you die, which in general is a very common fear among people, your fear is just more concentrated in a way.
I was going out with this guy cody for a while then we kind of drifted apart and didnt talk much so i told him i thought we should break up maybe and he said fine now he ignored me on yahoo wont answer my calls and avoids me at school then last night i stayed up for 1 1/2 hours begging him to take me back and he said he'll think about it but i couldnt believe how eaasy it was for him to just throw me aside like that but when we were together he was SO sweet he wrote me poems and always told me how much he loved me but then theres another guy ive kind of been telling about this and now i really want him too and we just click so fantastically you wouldnt even believe and hes so nice and so sweet but i just dont know who to choose i hate this cause i feel like im toying with them both but i do love them each i just dont know what to do if you can help id appreciate it thanx

I have a question about this boy i like. he is 17 and i am only 15. i told him i like him and he said he liked me too. he is turnkng 18 this year. everyone who knows we like eachother say they have talked to him and he is going to ask me out. the only problem is that i am rly good friends with this kid and i dont want to ruin that friendship with him. he holds my hand all the time and he said he has a surprise for me on monday. i am kind of scared and i dont know what to say if it is that he is going ask me out. i dont know what to say if he does.
You have to see what is most important to you, your friendship or going out with him. I would personally be more worried about the friendship and in that case I would say no, but it's your decision to make, think about the pros and cons that come with saying yes or no. It's a tough decision to make, so just really think it through. Good luck! :)
