I just downloaded DivX so I could watch movies online for free. After the download was finished, my virus protector popped up and said DivX was a virus. Does anyone else use DivX or know anything about it being an actual virus?

if i put the disc into my computer and download houses, objects, sims, etc. onto my computer and install them into the game, then if i take the disc to another computer, when i play it on that computer will it have everything i installed from the other one? sorry if this is worded weirdly. thanks in advance!

Everytime I go on my computer, about 10 minutes later my computer drive gets really loud..I can't explain it but it's like an echo or vibrating really loud sound and it's annoying the heck outta me!

Any ideas? I sticked my pillow on the side and it seemed to help butthen my head hurt when I slept on the pillow afterwards =S

I have applications for different jobs and all of them ask for work experience, but the problem is I have none as this would be my first job. And I fear leaving them all blank would look bad, but I don't know what I could put- some ask for personal references instead but I don't know any that would actually sound appropriate.

i have something that looks like a rash on my left leg, near my testicles. it's not on my testicles or penis, but i was wondering if anyone knew the cause of it? i've been tested for all std's about 6 months ago and it came back clean and i'm still with the same girl. is there any way something just didn't show up on the std test? and if not, could it just be from my testicles rubbing against my leg?

Long version short:
He's 19/m and I'm about to turn 15[f] in less than 10 days. But that's not important. He's in culinary school in CA and I'm just in high school in VA and I met him through a chat room. We talked everday for a year then he left for culinary stuff and then he got busy with school, job, and his gf. And then we didn't talk for like half a year, then talked 2 or 3 times. Then we lost contact again for like a year now. I REALLY miss him because he was there for me the entire year when I was really screwed up and he talked me out of commiting suicide and he made me feel as if I mattered to someone. HE stayed up till 4 am at times just to make sure I went to sleep smiling. I know it's really pathetic and sad that I'm still lingering over a guy I met in a chatroom. But I can't get over him. I really miss him and I want to get back in contact with him. I still have his address and phone number. Do you think it's a good idea to write him?

I like him like a brother. I'm NOT jailbait. I really miss him and I want to talk to him like I use to again. Again, I am NOT jailbait. I'm not trying to get him in that way.

i have a laptop, and usually i leave AIM up while i go out. i choose the box that says, "Hide pop up notifications", etc. well, my screensaver comes up after a couple minutes. however, it will randomly stop coming up sometimes. does anyone know how to fix this?

I go swimming at my neighbor's lakehouse in the lake ALL THE TIME, and I don't even think about it. I don't go swimming past 12 feet deep of water and I know there's fish in the water, but it just hit me that fish bite! My friends have gotten bitten by fish a few times (not at a lot) and now I'm scared I'm next. I'm afraid they're going to bite my toes and I want to wear some kind of shoes to protect myself. What are some good shoes to wear in the lake that won't allow the fish to bite? There's a lot of sunfish and a few otters & I'm wondering if those kinds of creatures are known to bite? Also, what can I do so the fish will leave me alone when I go swimming? Please help!!
