is there any way to get birth control without a parent?

Yes, go to Planned Parenthood. It's completely confidential, so you have nothing to worry about. By HIPAA law, it's illegal for them to give out any information to your parents (or anyone) without your permission.

planned parenthood will give you birth control and they are required by law no to tell anyone including your father.

What country are you in?
In the UK family planning clinics will give you condoms/pills without a parent. It's worth phoning and asking your GP or a GUM clinic or somesuch.
