if i put the disc into my computer and download houses, objects, sims, etc. onto my computer and install them into the game, then if i take the disc to another computer, when i play it on that computer will it have everything i installed from the other one? sorry if this is worded weirdly. thanks in advance!

All content you download from the internet will remain on your computer. Only the original program will be on the DVD.

You can however, find the direectory you downloaded the objects to and burn them to CD to take them with you.

EDIT: The 2 answers above my reply are wrong. If she's downloaded additional content onto HER machine (that is, installed things that are NOT on the Sims DVD) then the content (that isn't on the DVD) can't magically fly onto another machine just because she used the same DVD - she'd have to transfer the additional content onto the new machine, either by downloading it again, or burning it to a different CD/DVD and installing it from that.
