Rash.
i have something that looks like a rash on my left leg, near my testicles. it's not on my testicles or penis, but i was wondering if anyone knew the cause of it? i've been tested for all std's about 6 months ago and it came back clean and i'm still with the same girl. is there any way something just didn't show up on the std test? and if not, could it just be from my testicles rubbing against my leg?

Master_Betty is right about the fact that it could be a heat rash. But it is also possible for it to be from your jeans or something rubbing against your leg. It's more likely if you have bought a new pair of jeans or something, because the denim's rougher the first few washes. Just do what she suggested below and it should start to get better whether it's the former or the latter.

It's probably just a heat rash, it is summer time after all.
Rub some topical cream/calomine lotion/yoghurt there to soothe it and stick to wearing loose fitting clothes for a while.
If it persists, then go see a doctor :)
