Osiusti, meditabitur, sapientiam, Et lingua eius, loquetur indicium, Beatus vir qui suffert tentationem, Quoniam cum probatus fuerit, Accipient coronam vitae, kyrie, ignis divine, eleison, O quam sancta, quam serena, Quam benigma, quam amoena, O castitatis lilium.

looks like you might have misspelled a few words. here is what i got from a translator

Osiusti meditabitur , wisdom , And language her loquetur sign , Blessed man quae suffert trial , Since when approved fuerit , To consider oneself indebted crown life kyrie , fire prediction eleison O how sancta , how to make clear , How kindly , how pleasant O chastity lilium.

I can give you a general gist of it.....

Osiusti, meditabitur, sapientiam,

Osiusti (which I think is some guys name) will contemplate wisdom.

Et lingua eius, loquetur indicium
His tounge will speak of the information/evidence

Beatus vir qui suffert tentationem
of a happy man/hero

Quoniam cum probatus fuerit
since with having been approved, he will have been

Accipient coronam vitae, kyrie
recieving suffering, garland, life Kyrie (name?)

ignis divine, eleison
divine fire (Eleison - no idea :()

O quam sancta, quam serena
that is sacred and tranquil/serene

Quam benigma, quam amoena, O castitatis lilium.
who is pleasant (castitatis lilium I have no idea)
