well it actually kind of depends on the girl. listen to them because if it feels really good usually they moan or make somekind of noise. ask them if it feels good in a sexy voice;) . and just keep going in and out and get faster as you go. try moving it around a tiny bit while inside(after awhile)...a circular motion is usually good. its actually pretty simple.
