Hey you guys, you know how you have a DVD player or a Video player? How you gotta put 3 cables in, coloured red, white and yellow?
Is there like a splitter thing where you can put 2 sets of those cables and you can just like switch around between them??
Because im gonna get a ps2 and i need a set top box too, and i just hate having to change the cables again and again.. so annoying!

Yes, look for an RCA selector. You'll probably be able to find one in an electronics store, it's a common device. If you can't find it in a store, try Google Product Search:

RCA is the name of the red/yellow/white cable and also the name of a company which makes these devices. You don't need a selector made by RCA, just an "RCA selector", a component made by many companies.

We aren't allowed to give you software serial numbers(I was banned for doing that). Search google for "snapfire keygen". A key generator(keygen) is a downloadable program which outputs a valid software key. Sites that carry keygens are unsafe, be careful.

Yes, easily. If you want to recover something you deleted, you have about two weeks to do so before you have to hire a professional. Use this tool:

Select "shred free disk space". Change passes to "simple 1" or "simple 2". After it's done running, everything you've deleted so far is unrecoverable. Everything you delete in the future will still be recoverable.
When you put something in the recycle bin, you're simply moving it, it still takes up the same amount of space. When you empty the recycle bin, your computer says "the space this file is occupying is now free, if any program wants to overwrite it, go ahead", but the data from the file still remains. If any program does overwrite it(usually after about two weeks), the portion that was overwritten is unrecoverable. Professionals can recover parts that weren't overwritten, but that's expensive.
**Matt reminds me that System Restore will recover certain files(executables, mostly), even if you use file shredder. It usually won't restore music, movies, or text documents. To delete restores(do this before you shred), go to start, then run. Type:
sysdm.cpl
and press ok. Go to "advanced", then "system restore". Press "settings". Check the box that says "turn off system restore", and then press ok on all windows. All restores are now deleted. I recommend you turn restores back on and set a manual restore point after you shred free disk space.
Don't count on system restore, it's extremely unpredictable. Sometimes it will even delete your files. Use it only as a last resort.

Everytime I go on to a site, such as myspace this is what comes up:

I press the click here & I dowload it and it even says its completed, but it STILL doesn't work. I turn my computer off (like it says) but nothing happens. ahhh i dont know what to do!! ok so i need advice and i need it fast.....
last semester i messed up big.... i tried a joint for the very first time (not so pleasant!!!) so after three days (wen the effect was dun) i emailed my best friend who lives in england with all the details... before i say what the problem is i have to mention that i was at a party and i kind of did things my parents would KILL me for. seriously i really messed up the rules and stuff. but before you guys start saying anything i really do feel guilty about them and promised myself not to screw up next year so that i don't loose their trust.... my mum knows about the drug.... though she thinks i've been drugged and thats about it no details. and she's forgiven me.

Go to her computer. Download and install the free version of this keylogger:

If she has an antivirus application, it will probably tell you this is a virus. Just tell it to ignore.
After installation, right click and delete the shortcut in the start menu(start>all programs).
The keylogger will now record everything she types, including her gmail password. ;)
To retrieve everything she typed, go to "my computer", then C:, then "program files", then "teslain kidlogger". There will be a folder there with her computer username, enter it. Inside are HTML files, open these with your browser(IE, firefox, etc.) Look for green text with "google"(for gmail) or "live"(for hotmail) in it, she enters her password near this point.
If you have no access to her computer, you're out of luck. Even "hackers" need to have the "victim" willingly download something.

No, it's hard to find books on the internet. Scanning an entire book is incredibly difficult and time-consuming, no one bothers with it. That book is still under copyright, so it would be illegal anyway.

You know how bands have that player thingo on their MySpace? Are there any sites that let you download the songs that are on them?
I know some bands let you download their music but for the ones that don't is there anyway to get the music like through a converter from a site or something?
Download and install Audacity:

Press "record" in audacity, and then play the song. It'll record it. When you're done, "stop" audacity, go to file>export as wma, and save to where you want it. Done.
You need to have audio mixing enabled for this to work. It almost always is by default, look in the settings for your audio card if it isn't.
It isn't illegal to copy songs like this, but it might be illegal to distribute the song you copied.

No, you can't. It might be fixed in the future, regularly update your PSP firmware.
Error 400:Bad Request occurs when you use a browser, OS, or internet connection the server doesn't know how to handle. This is partly the browser's fault, and partly the server's fault. On the PSP, there's nothing you can do. On PCs you can use a different browser or contact your ISP.
From what I've heard, all PSPs can't access myspace. I doubt this was intentional, there are probably just quirks in the PSP's browser that myspace's server doesn't like.

okay, so ..I'm going to a conference thing in Washington D.C (on which my parents spent a lot of money on) and we have to take clothes and stuff, because it will be a 10 day trip (we're staying at a university). Okay...not only are we going to meet new people and all, but we also were told that we need to bring a laptop to do homework and to write research papers (or type, haha). Okay...and so...I have a problem. I have two laptops. One is a mac book (like 3 months old...the white one) and one is a Compaq Presario..(about 3 years old). Both are in good condition but the Presario is a bit worn out and dirty...with two keys missing. But I don't know if I can trust myself enough to bring the mac. Which one should I bring? O_O

As far as I know, Macs don't come with an office suite. However, you can easily use OpenOffice, an office suite which rivals MS office:

OO runs on OS X, it will open and save MS documents(in .doc format), and it's 100% free.
Just in case of mishap, you should bring your install disk with you, so you're not stranded without a computer. If you're running smoothly now, don't worry about speed and stability later.
BIOS and windows account passwords are ridiculously easily to bypass. Don't bother setting a BIOS password at all, any fool can remove it by resetting CMOS(only a bit more difficult in a laptop); it's just a hassle for you. Windows passwords aren't needed for accessing the filesystem, and only prevent someone from logging onto windows. They can also be reset, though this could take up to two days. If you have sensitive information, use truecrypt:

Truecrypt will protect all of your data, and behaves just like a USB drive. If you're paranoid, you can encrypt your entire hard drive using compusec(in my opinion this is unnecessary):
