how do i make an active link with an image ???

If you want to make an image link(like the advicenators logo in the top left):
<a href="URL, with http"><img src="image URL, with http" border="0"></a>

If you want to make an ordinary text link:
<a href="URL, with http">text</a>

Open up a photobucket account, and you can upload all your photos. They supply links. Once you have a link, then you can do what Jack (below) supplied.
