My name is Devin Lindsey or Vinny as my sister calls me! I am 17 years old and go to Bethel Park High school. I loooove swimming along with dancing, singing, and playing softball. I also run varsity track with is alright i supose too.

My favorite colors are orange, pink, and blue. I love to be crazy and have a good time

I've had a job working for 15+ monthes so I can answer alot about that

and I know alot about relationships in general so I can be helpful with that sometimes

especially with parent child relationships

I am a very observant person and tend to know more and care about more than most my age

and I really believe in volunteering to help animals especially at shelters. Usually its not their fault that they have to live their and its usually horrible cercimstances that bring them there and I feel terrible that they can't speak for themselves and people are too caught up in spending like $500 on this cute little pure breed puppy from a breeder just into getting rich instead of giving one of these dogs another chance at life (there are usually a handful of dogs under a year old so the i want a puppy excuse doesn't work with me)

My baby is named Lainey Mae... we got her from a shelter about 2 hours away from us when she was 7 weeks old. she is now 2 years old and the center of our family. unfortunately someone was cruel enough to go down and drug up and shoot (but luckly not kill) most of the dogs plus rob the owner (just like someone did at the shelter where I volunteer) and its now shut down

i go to a private school and its really small. i'm in 8th grade and next year i'll be going to a public school for the first time. i know i'm ready. i'm smart so that won't be hard. and all my best friends are going there, and i know lots of people that go there. and i'm planning on playing tennis. but do you think there is anything that i should watch out for/look forward to or anything else i should know?

I have golden brown hair (dyed ) , green eyes and a fair complexion (with some pink tone in my cheeks).I wish some advice abour coloring my hair . I want a change but I don't know how to do it. I think that black it isn't quite good for me (my natural hair color is dark ash blonde )..What do you think about highlights ?Please , please , give me some advice .

well what i recomend is dont do anything drastic because chances are you wont like it. if yuo want to change your colors slowly lighten or darken it. i would recoment maybe doing tons of really light blonde highlights

i've decided to start scrunching my hair, but see..my hairs really really curly, so if i let it dry naturally it juss poofs & i can't seem to get the 'wet look' & i'm not totally sure what to do, so if anyone has any tips er anything to help, its an easy 5 =)

well to get the wet look you have to add tons of gel and to make it less curly let it scrunch for less time

I have gym first period this year...ouch!! I use Smooth and Dri Deoderant now and it doesn't keep me from sweating in class or in gym class. My mom says my expectations are all wrong and that no deoderant can keep you from sweating in gym. Is she right?? I need help!!! I heard of Certain Dri. Can that help me in gym?

she is prob right. the only thing that might work better is trying a mens deoderant, make sure you shaved well, and wear the lightest most breatable shirt you can

For some reason my boobs are pointy, I have had boobs for a long time, but they have always been pointy. I am now 13, and is this normal, and is there anything I can do about this. Another thing I need to know is, is there other who have this problem to??? My mom told me she had the problem to and after she had me that her boobs got round. I think the reason why they are pointy is cuz I have know fat under the, its like its not round there. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME???

there is this book i read and it says that that is one of the stages of developing. dont worry the more you develop the rounder they will get. there isnt really anything you can do about it though besides wear bras that hide it (padded ones) and just wait

Ok well I have light brown hair, freckles, green eyes, and pale skin. I don't know how to do my make up. I don't really want to use foundation only bc I don't want to have a "mask" on my face. I don't know what eye make up and stuff to use. Plz help.

i would recomend using a gold eyeliner or brown. and maybe some gold eyeshadow. i wouldnt recomend founation cause that is mainly ment for old women who have an uneven skin tone. if you want you can try some bronzer powder to make your skin look a little tanner.

So i hang out in the small quad by myself because i dont have any friends and i wear glasses and im 5'2" and kind of have these roll thingys on my sides. but i think im really cute. and theres this guy Todd and he is so cute. hes a senior and im a freshman. he plays football and baseball and hangs out with all the popular group. i really love to watch digemon and i think he would like it to only if we got the chance to hang out. do you think if i talked to him he would like me and ask me out and we could get married.

OK i got a dog yesterday and all she does is eat and whine!!!!!i wanted a dog beacuse i wanted her to play and follow me around so we could have a good time!!shes 6weeks old!!!but how in the world can i get her to play!!!shes a pekineses and very beautiful but for somereason she will not play!!!!why is that!!!

well 1 it takes a long while for them to learn to play with people. its hard mine is 5 monthes and she is still learning how to play nice and stuff. also you got her to young and there is a chance she may never play with you. they learn how to socialize when they are about 8 weeks old and still with their brothers and sisters. for the next couple of weeks alls she will do is sleep and eat. because she is still a baby. the only thing you can really do now is cuddle but dont worry by the time she is about 3 monthes old she will start being like a wild animal and wanting to play 24/7. just be patient. also her form of playing at first will be biting and you need to get her out of that habbit and show her playing with toys and you is much more fun

I am having constant headaches. Basically every day I need to take medicine. I usually take 2 excederin a day. I am 14 and I have been having these headaches for a month or 2. My period has just ended and I'm still getting them. I get stressed easily, and I listen to music regularly. I get them during the end of school and at night. If i tell my parents I want to go to the doctor they will probably just say I'm fine. Should I be seeing a doctor? Is this normal? What should I do? Thank you so very much.

well they are migraines. they are juste d part of being stressed out. try like getting into and after school activity to releave some stress. also try going to a ciropracitcer thats what i didnt and it worked wonders! it make my head aches go away completely and i used to have to cry myself to sleep like every night they were so bad

School started 4 days ago or me, and today I just got my period. I'm s freshman, and it just seems like everything is so STRESSFUL for me! I'm nervous about tomorrow and I have no clue why! Could you period be linked to stressing you out? I'm never really grouchy before/during my period, just crampy.

well i find it easy to just flat out say it! its no use trying to give hints because mothers some times just dont get it. if she wants a skirt and doesnt want to ask she should just go out and buy it for herself. thats what my sister did she went from being a complete tomboy to being the biggest girly girl every.

well most hair grows between 1/2 and 1 inch a month and because yours is straight and thin i would think it grows closer to an inch a month.

I'm 14 years old and my mom will NOT let me get a thong. Almost all of my friends wear them except for me and I think my mom is being unfair by not letting me get one.. What should I do?

well what i did was my mom said i could wear one when i started highschool which was a year away and i was really mad but for my cuzs grad. i got pants that were so see through that i had to wear a thong and my mom was like ok just this time then i asked her if i could just keep wearing them and she said yes and she never says yes to anything. buy something that looks really stupid with anything other than a thong and beg her like get a nice dress for a wedding or soemthing

My hair is dirty blonde with hightlights in it which make it look really bolnde. I was just noticing that it looks fake when it starts to grow out and I don't like that. Would it be a good idea if I got my hair colored to my nateral hair color and got redish/copperish streaks in it? I've always wanted somthing new other than blonde but idk if I should do it!! well whatever you get just remeber for the first time or 2 you dye it the blonde is going to show through to some extent maybe try slowly making it less and less blonde until its all gone

I have this gown (for my bat mitzvah) and it is salmon pink and very see through. I can't wear regualr underwear because it shows through. I could wear no underwear because its pretty long. I could wear a thong, but of course i have to buy one. Which option should I go for?

i would recomend wearing a slip then any underwear you want cause do you really want people seeing your butt?

just slowly pluck them and not tell anyone. make it gradual so no one really notices
