If youre lucky you might find them at the dollar stores or something. Im positive you can get them at the stands in the middle in the mall. You can try those jewlery stores that sell the fake stuff. You maybe can find them at department stores ex:wal-mart,target,khols,sears,etc.

I think you should do exercise such as :

*sit ups
*squats
*squat thrust
*push ups
*running
*really any kind of exercise you know !!
DONT eat junk food ! Eat healthy food that help you cut carbs and lose fat. Also DONT take diet pills they dont work and you can die from then.
