sometimes someone will be asking me something really simple and i have no idea what they're saying. its not that i can't hear them, i can hear, im just not processing it, and im like whaattt??? its so weird. i get spaced out all the time, but i bounce back if someone askes me something. today it happened in math and my teacher was asking me something ive known sice what 4th or 5th grade? (im in 9th grade math). and i was so out of it and couldnt get what she was saying.. and now the class thinks im retarded haha i dont care about that tho. why do you think this happens?

ok, i went out with this one girl for about 3 weeks, no longer. But i didnt really really like her. Then i started liking this amanda girl, shes like exacly my type, and we were so happy together and then rachel my ex girlfriend thought it would be a great idea to start telling my girlfriend all this shit about me and lying to her about half of it n stuff. i started talking to amanda on the phone on thursday, for like 4 hours at night, and then on friday we hung out at my house and she slept over, we had a really fun time, she is the sweetest girl. butttt i was still "techincally, not emotionally" going out with rachel at that time, well needless to say i broke up with rachel on saturday, and then asked amanda out. well she found out about that and wassnt happy, which it wassnt my intention to piss her off at all, i didnt want her to not consider me as a bf cuz i had a gf, cuz i really liked amanda... well now shes skeptical about me because of lying to her about rachel, and now rachel is telling her stuff and she dossnt know who to believe... yea so what do i tell amanda, like ive already apoligized, and told her i care about her n stuff, and bought her flowers, perfume, and chocolates... so before you suggest those thing, already done... words dont really help because she still dossnt know who to believe, i know in the end rachel will be wrong, i just dont want amanda to do nething dumb and find out later that i was right, so what should i do... thanks warren :)
btw... im 17, and rachel is 16 and amanda is 16, 17 in june... all juniors in high school, rachel lives 30 minutes away from both of us, and me n amanda live about a stones throw away from each other... thanks again
I think that you should try talking to Rachael and tell her that you and her are over. Tell her sorry but now you want to go out with amanda.. Amanda is probably worried that you might do something to her so try be yourself, talk to her about how you really feel about her and that you love her ALOT.

this girl named bethany has asked me to borrow my clothes, come over to my house, go to the movies, the mall and suddenly im her friend. i dont have a problem with it but i was on a 3 way call with my friend monique and bethany was on to only she didnt kno i was on. I had to get off the phone because my brother had to use it. I called monique back and asked her what bethany said. Monique said that everything she said about me in the conversation was a lie. ( the things were all good things about me) and now i just hate her im going to talk to her tomorrow i dont kno if i should trust her or when i confront her shes just going to lie. PLEESE HELP!!

I used to have Windows 98 on my old computer..and i had this good-quality webcam for years. (It's by INTEL. Even todays webcam software is HORRIBLE compared to it.) Well since i got a new laptop and have Windows XP, i cant install it on my computer. (The webcam software was made before XP even came out.) My dad says i can easily download free software off the internet..and not have to buy a new camera and CD. Well ive looked and a lot of the programs are low-quality. I dont want to just download everything i come across because it can harm my computer. Does anyone know of a good webcam software that i could download? If so, where do you suggest me looking for it? I want something thats just as good as my old webcam program (not too fuzzy! The picture on my column was taken by it.

I am about to get my braces off and i dont know why but my orthodontist does a lot of stuff to your teeth like 3 weeks beofre you get them off and they are so sore and i am having to wear 5 different rubber band in 5 different places and they are just really sore and i was wondering if anyone knew anything i could do to make them feel better besides eating ice cream because i am on a diet.
Also, anyone who has had there braces off, i have heard it does hurt and i have heard it doesn't hurt. Does it? Does that polishing thingy feel weird?

Hey! try tynadol(sp) It takes the pain away or just get something that will make it numb! I had my braces off, it doesn't really hurt, they snap it off and youll have to get used to feeling cause for me it felt like my gum w as peeling! polishing does not hurt at all, they are just talking off the glue. Its just like brushing yor teeth.

OK-- I have a few midterms coming up. I already did one (English) and that's out of the way. I'll specifically focus on SS- since that's the next one to come up. Well, Im really nervous on how my grade will turn out on my Midterm. What are good study tips that will help me be prepared? What are ways to make myself crack down and actually study?? How can I make myself go in feeling confident?? There is a website that the teacher made with several 'midterm' quizzes, and I use that sometimes but it doesn't always help.
P.S. I really don't care for the teacher!!

This is indeed the most overrated question ever asked by adolecents (I think...). To keep it short and simple; I'm love this boy but I cannot summon the courage to tell him. Now to extend the situation; This boy, is actually a friend of mine. He's intelligent, has a pinch of humor, and is cute - not that the last two adjectives play a part in this. Anyways, I have him in a class of mine this year and our friendship developed tremendously as I got to know him and before you know it, I realized I loved him sincerely. I really wish to tell him, but I'm worried about a few factors. 1. You guessed it, fear of rejection. 2. As I stated earlier, he's intelligent and may not care for the "love" thing that most teenagers are into. And another thing, I can be seen as somewhat intelligent and it would be odd for me to want a boyfriend. 3. His parents may not think I'm worthy of their precious son. Goddess, help me and thank you for any advice.
