OK this is a weird question, as a warning for those who are reading it. here we go..

I have trouble making "small talk" or any kind of talk...I just freeze up. but its not only with people i don't know or am shy of..its also with close friends. and i don't know what to do, or how to "fix" this. You just started working there! They need to at least teach you how to clock in! its your right! you need proper trining.. no matter what you do!

Ok well when you're sad they say you should like tell someone and stuff but when i tell my best friends it seems liek it doens't matter much to them or they don't really feel any sympathy or they're not good at like cheering up.

As for the phone line, use your cell phone... go outside while you make the call if you have no privacy inside your home. I'm unsure if I want to go to university or not. I do want to get a good job and everything and get a degree, but it's a long time to spend there if you're not really that into higher education. Plus it's seriously expensive and I don't want to move too far away from home.
I've thought about taking a gap year, working to get some money saved up and then either doing a part time Business Management course or something, but I'd be 20 by the time I decided to go. Arghh dunno what to do.
I know not going to uni isn't the end of the world, but I'm so confused!

And about the gap year... not a good idea. One always says a year, but eventually that turns into two and so on and soforth...
What you might want to think about doing, islook into some near by colleges. Specially community colleges. Or suny colleges. They're not that expensive compared to other private colleges and universities. Once there, you'll get in the mood =) and it'll go really fast! I'm already in my second year of college, and i swear, it just flew by! And it really will help you in the end! not only will you have gained more knowledge and be a candidate for a better job, but you'll enjoy the expirience too =) the new faces, new views, new freedoms.... new opportunities =)
